Slip and Fall Lawyer ("we") runs slip-and-fall-lawyer.com. This policy covers what we collect, why, and who receives it.

- When you call: your phone number, the time of the call and what you tell the case reviewer.
- When you send the case form: your first name, phone, state, where and when you fell.
- When you use the letter explainer: the text you paste. We analyze it with AI to write the plain-words answer, and we do not keep the letter.
- Basic visit data: pages viewed, the region your visit comes from (to show your state's rules), and which tools you used.
Who receives it
We pass your case details to a lawyer or law firm that takes slip and fall cases in your state, so they can contact you about your fall. Falls at work go to a lawyer who handles workers comp. We also use service providers for phone, hosting and email.
Passing your request to a participating lawyer can count as a "sale" or "sharing" under some state privacy laws. You can opt out at any time on our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page.
Cookies and local storage
We store the state you chose (or the one your visit comes from) and which version of a page you saw. Neither identifies you.
Your choices
